About this apprenticeship
Building services engineers are responsible for the heating, water, electrical and telecoms/data systems inside a building. Think of it as being responsible for the heart and lungs of a building. An essential part of the job is to work out ways to lower carbon emissions, increase energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of buildings.
